Currant Bistro
This new European-style bistro inside the new Sound Hotel Seattle from Jon Langley, a chef who previously worked with the Heavy Restaurant Group restaurants Purple Café & Wine Bar, The Commons, Meet the Moon, and Thackeray as well as the recently closed Dexter Brewhouse, opened on Tuesday, February 12. The breakfast and lunch menu includes bread, pastries, bagels, salads, and sandwiches, while the dinner menu is composed of cheese, charcuterie, snacks, salads, tartines, sandwiches, and flatbreads.
