This weekend, former Macrina Bakery lead pastry chef Mi Kim will officially open her highly anticipated doughnut shop Raised Doughnuts in the Central District, and you better believe the lines will wrap around the block. If that’s not enough for you, Side Hustle Doughnuts has also announced plans for ice-cream-filled doughnut nights. In beer news, Fremont Brewing is opening a new sour taproom and Future Primitive Brewing is planning to open in White Center, and Lowercase Brewing will host a frosty pop-up with Mike’s Shave Ice this weekend. We’ve got the details on all of that and more below, and, if that’s not enough, you can also check out our lists of June food and drink specials, places to get berry desserts, and our complete food and drink calendar.
