Beast and Cleaver
This highly anticipated, British-influenced butcher shop and kitchen from Butcher's Table alum Kevin Smith slings pate, sausage, terrines, and cuts of meat from local farms. Currently, only retail items are available, with lunch service on weekends and dinner service on Fridays and Saturdays to follow shortly, but guests can look forward to dishes like dry-aged beef burgers and meat pies.
