Don’t panic! Today is not Mother’s Day! Mother’s Day is tomorrow, May 11th, so you still have time to order flowers/make a card/arrange a singing telegram/etc. To mark the special weekend, I’ve put together a playlist of mom-related songs that you can listen to while you figure out exactly how to make Sunday a special day for all the great moms in your life. It includes everything from Spice Girls and ABBA to Danzig and 2Pac. I bet your mom would even like it!
Another option for even more inspiration, one that I plan on partaking in myself, is to watch Mama’s Family reruns on YouTube all afternoon. Thelma Harper is the best.
