On Sunday, we posted excerpts from a leaked recording of port commissioner (and possible gubernatorial candidate) Bill Bryant making fun of Seattle public meetings to a room full of suburban Republicans. He also revealed when Shell's first Arctic drilling rig will arrive in Seattle.
