Tony Robinson died Friday night after being shot in his apartment following a confrontation with Officer Matt Kenny, who had forced his way inside after hearing a disturbance while responding to a call, authorities and neighbors said.
The protesters, reportedly led by high-school students and friends of Robinson, are out on the streets:

The police chief has apologized to the family and pledged to carry out a thorough investigation. “There’s nothing the chief can say short of changing the system,” responded activist Brandi Grayson, according to USA Today.
