New York Times:

Donald J. Trump wrested back control of the Republican presidential race on Tuesday night with a commanding victory in the New York primary...

The Queens-born, Manhattan-made Mr. Trump, who campaigned vigorously for a huge vote total to revive his political fortunes, drew support from majorities of nearly every demographic group across the state.

With 38 percent of the votes counted, Trump won 63 percent of the vote, compared to Kasich's 23 percent and Cruz's 14 percent.

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton won 60 percent of the vote on the Democratic side, compared to Bernie Sanders's 39.8 percent (with 42 percent of the vote counted). More NYT:

Mrs. Clinton was expected to do well in her adopted home state, but she faced a strong challenge from Mr. Sanders, a Brooklyn native, who drew large crowds to his rallies. The loss puts Mr. Sanders on the defensive, facing an even larger deficit as he scrambles for delegates.
