The fucked up thing is that if Hickey had actually published the videos, even as some amateur on fetlife or wherever, his fake porn tryouts would have been actual porn and therefore legal. Ain't that weird?
@1 you're concerned about how to distinguish Hickey from bar bragging, so it might be unfair to fine him, but he should go to prison? Is this auto-generated filler produced by blending up comments?
@2. No. No, that is not true at all. What is it with people and this case? If he published the videos -- which there were none because it was a "test" not a filmed audition -- it would have changed nothing about the fraud that he perpetrated, and it certainly would have changed nothing about the rapes (indecent liberties whatever) he committed.
Publishing the (non-existent) videos would not have made Deja a real person. It would not have made his email address an actual company. It would not have made his promises to provide work actually realizable. It would not have made the drinks and pressure he pushed disappear. It would have in any way made his scam not a scam. He never said he was a porn producer, his made-up woman working for a made-up company was going to promote the women. Hickey's role was to photograph them for their portfolio's and have sex with them to prove they could have sex with a stranger as a requirement for said promotion.
And it certainly would not have made having sex next to the vomit of an incapacitated woman legal. Which is what this article is about. Him being guilty of that.
Can we all remember that this creep was best friends with "feminist" Lindy West. She claims to have no idea what he was doing but her comments to him on twitter indicate she was aware he was sexually deprived at best.
Ayn, if that stale pudding you call a brain actually worked, you'd be literate. Instead your a waste of oxygen and I'm sure your own family members will be embarrassed by your presence at thanksgiving, if they haven't lost your phone number already. But I'll give you this olive branch: Look up the word "Defend" in the dictionary and report back to me. I've even provided a link. Take that little computer accessory you have and move the "cursor" (it looks like an arrow, usually) over the word, then "click". If you're on a PC, use the "left button", or if it's a macintosh, there is only one button, click that. From there, you may need to use your eyeballs and understand basic words to come to an understanding, but pretty sure you have SIRI do all that for you nowadays.
OK, but serious talk: get your ego in check. Your a selfish pile of shit

And this is why you will never, ever get laid again.

Also, you’re still wrong and creepy.
