Seattle school bus drivers, members of Teamsters Local 174, held a one-day strike and picket line beginning in the morning's early hours at a bus lot in South Park. The drivers were protesting over health and retirement concern they say have not been addressed by Ohio-based school bus company First Student. At one point, as the videos show, a bus moved through the picket lineā€”an incident that the Teamsters say left the striking drivers "incredibly shaken up."

The Seattle Police Department's Patrick Michaud confirmed that there is an active investigation into this morning's incident, but that he could not say whether a crime had been committed, or if investigators had spoken to the driver of the bus. He said no injuries had been reported, but investigators had been able to interview a number of people there and "get a fairly clear picture." The incident report is unfinished and unavailable to view, but we'll update when we know more.
