A large 7.0 earthquake hit Anchorage, Alaska, this morning and there is currently a tsunami warning for Cook Inlet and the Southern Kenai Peninsula.

If you are reading this from either of those locations, put down your phone and get the fuck out.

There are reports of damage, including possibly a collapsed bridge (this has not been verified) around Anchorage. According to Nathalie's mom's friend who lives there, it is "chaos," with cracked roads, power outages, and massive gridlock. According to my girlfriend's mom who lives 160 miles from the epicenter of the quake, their house "shook good" and her crafts fell off the shelf.

This story is developing.
