When I moved to Seattle in late 2002, Hattie's definitely became a favorite. It's gone through at least one remodel since then. Happy to hear the food is still good. I miss that chicken fried chicken dinner. They also had the best blueberry pie. And if you weren't there to eat, it was a fun place to meet up with friends and drink.
Hattie's does a legit short rib dinner (recommended with rice & beans) - and they have a disco ball in the bar. Also a shout out to the Sloop Tavern; unapologetically devoid of anything modern since 1953, excepting the 'Big Buck Hunter' machine.
I thought Zoomers had already moved on to their next stupid, unnecessary neologism and relegated "cheugy" to the dustbin? I guess not ALL of them.
Indeed. Those Zoomers with their neologisms and untended dustbins. Shame of the city.
