Speculating on the next presidential campaign when the current presidential campaign is barely heating up is so stupid…but it’s kind of stupid fun. So: Mark Halperin and John Heilemann, the authors of Game Change, think that a Hillary Clinton run for the White House in 2016 is very probable:

On MSNBCโ€™s โ€œMorning Joeโ€ Wednesday, co-host Willie Geist asked, โ€œWhat are the odds this morning that Hillary Clinton runs for president in 2016?โ€ Heilemannโ€™s response: โ€œ99.4 percent, I think very high,โ€ Politico reports.

Halperin, an editor from Time magazine, wasnโ€™t quite as bold. โ€œA little lower,โ€ he said. โ€œI think that if Joe Biden wins re-election [as vice president] and runs [for president four years from now], sheโ€™s much less likely to run.โ€

Since it looks like the 2012 election is going to take a while longer, let’s just get the 2016 election out of the way right now with a legally binding Slog poll:
