I've been on this bouncy power-pop tune by Tours all month. Tours were from Poole, England, and briefly signed to Virgin in 1979 after the popularity of their self-released 7-inch "Language School/Foreign Girls" caused a bidding war between Virgin, Sire, Polydor, and EMI. Tours disbanded after a squabble with the label.

Cherry Red Records' website states: "John Peel played the self-released ‘Language School' single for 50 consecutive nights, declaring it at the time his second favourite 45 of all time behind the Undertones' "Teenage Kicks'"

Fun fact: The lead singer and guitarist, RIchard Mazda, went on to write Billboard No. 1 hit "How Long" for dance/house artist Ultra Naté.
