The first full month of spring brings a bouquet of entertainment options across genres to our fair Emerald City. Below, we’ve compiled the biggest concerts, food events, theater shows, author talks, and other great things to do, from Mae Martin: The Possum to PinkPantheress and from the U.S. Women’s National Team vs Japan soccer match to the spring edition of Seattle Restaurant Week.
COMEDY
Zane Lamprey
Before travel shows became a dime a dozen excuse for talking heads to eat something “weird” on camera, there was Three Sheets. Zane Lamprey’s cult-favorite series (currently celebrating its 20th anniversary) helped define the genre, blending global drinking culture with actual curiosity and a “healthy” disregard for hangovers. Even Bert Kreischer gave it its flowers, recently calling it “a little bit No Reservations before No Reservations.” Now out on his Half Full Comedy Tour, Lamprey is bringing that same energy to the stage, pairing stand-up with craft beer and even a round of pre-show drinking games for the VIPs.
