Clinton McClung’s interactive Willy Wonka extravaganza was so popular last year that SIFF brought it back for a second run. With a movie as familiar and broken-in as Wonka, selling out multiple shows is an impressive feat. But not surprising—McClung (programmer at Central Cinema) knows how to make movies FUN AS SHIT. First of all, you will receive a bag of candy. Second of all, you will sing along. Third of all, some sort of snozzberry-flavored gas will be blasted at your face. You will leave a changed person.
