Weed AND booze affect drivers differently. The outcome is substantially dependent on the experience and driving skill of the operator. How so? Compare a high-functioning (partial to Canadian Whiskey) frequent driver, to that of an inexperienced stoner driver. Skill and experience matter greatly. And let's not overlook the worst of all; the distracted or sleep-deprived driver.
