From a Seattle Police report:
On 2-16-10 I was dispatched to a call of a Home Invasion Robbery. I arrived on the scene and was met at the front door by [redacted]. He took me to see his wife who was in the upstairs bathroom. It was confirmed that it was a good Robbery. Sgt. Moss was called to the scene and on his arrival he called out the Robbery Detectives. Officer Snyder and I stood by until they arrived and then turned over the scene to them.

Where’d this occur because as someone who lives in a neighborhood where this could occur, I’m worried every time I come home at night?

By “good,” he means “valid.” But I’m sure you already knew that and are just being a smart-ass.
I think you’re being overly generous, 5280.
Possibly typed on a cell phone? “home” often autocorrects to “good” when people text on a numeric pad, and home robbery makes more sense.
But who is filing police reports on their 2001 Nokia?
#3 FTW.
This is standard ‘cop-speak’, no need to get excited. Nothing to see here, move along people, move along.
#6 and #3 are correct. We were burgled once and when the cops came they radio-ed in that it was a “good” burgle.
Good can also mean “no one was injured/killed” and that there was useful evidence that was left by the perpetrators.
