UPDATE: The SBD blotter reports that a man suspected of both robberies is in custody. He may have taken a bus from the U-District to Capitol Hill (hey, save Metro bus service—vote yes on Prop. 1!!! Ballots are due April 22nd!!!).
He allegedly robbed both banks by brandishing a knife. This man is, truly, lucky to be alive.
