So offering one quote from a dissenting view point = outrageous outrage?
I don’t follow.
The headline SHOULD have read: “Today in AWESOME.”
Obviously, the children who are miners shouldn’t be at a farmer’s market – they should be at a miner’s market.
They get their wine and beer in a sippy cup. Problem solved.
@1: Oh, not this article in particular, just the usual argument that people trot out when demon liquor might be let out of its cage… next thing you know, there’ll be beer gardens at events WITHOUT CHAIN-LINK FENCES! (Sorry for shouting, I will calm down now.)

They already sell wine and cider at the University farmer’s market, I’d love for some local brewers to have their wares available as well.

The children will probably enjoy the hard cider more than wine or beer.
