Cats are great. Even the neighbours cats are great. At least cats try to cover up their own poop when they go in my stepmothers flower garden.
@13: Sure, they eliminate in the house, but they do it in a sandbox and then meticulously cover it up. Dogs will just shit in your shoes or pee on the rug.
Of course, there’s a good chance the dog will help you out by scarfing said shit down minutes later, but do you really want that sort of beast in your home?
I’ll keep serving my fuzzy, purry overlords, thankyouverymuch.
Oh, and another thing: I now have a gen-you-wine six-week old human baby, and her poop is a thousand times worse than a cat’s. Not scoopable. Definitely not scoopable.
This is the episode that got me to forever stop watching family guy. Peter murdering his neighbor’s cat is not something I can forgive. I mean I watch it’s always sunny in philadelphia and the characters on that show are huge fucking assholes, but you’re supposed to think that. Whereas Peter is supposed to be this lovable goofball. Anyway I could go on and on about how much family guy sucks but I’ll assume everyone already knows that.

And don’t try to tell me cats don’t like me – they’re incredibly lovey. They want pets and cuddles and love to play. And the purr is so soothing. And the best part is they don’t smell like dog.
@21 You think Peter is a lovable goofball? Everyone on that show is full of evil. He abuses his own family!
But while I agree with you that killing a cat is unforgivable, family guy is hilarious.
@22 – Yeah, the smell is the thing that gets me most about dogs. Even more annoying than the poop. Dogs always have that musty dog smell, and it gets on your hands whenever you touch them. Cats are self-cleaning and don’t smell like anything, really.
