Last month, Christopher Frizzelle reported on the temporary park that Stranger essay contestants and founding members of the Renegade Planning Collective Kirk Hovenkotter and Seth Geiser put together in that teeny strip of street on Summit, at Denny and Olive on Capitol Hill.

Well, they’re at it again, and the second iteration of the temporary park is going on right this second. Hovenkotter and Geiser wanted to make this version bigger and better, and have set up a bike rack, tether ball, sack toss, and teeter-totter sofas. And the party won’t stop til it gets shut down. So come down and take part in some avant-garde, city planning awesomeness.
