Matt Hasselbeck needs to retire to the Crawford ranch with his buddy George W. Bush. (And, no, I don’t want to hear for the 100th that he has no offensive line).
Correction: second worst. St. Louis is the worst team.
They just lost to themselves?
@3: Yes.
@1 If he was always getting sacked or the like I could buy that, but he can’t seem to remember which color uniform to throw to, and for some reason he decided to bowl the football today.
He has done amazing things for our team, and he will be remembered as a great quarterback, but he is not one now.
Correction. The worst team in the NFL just got whipped by the team with the worst record in the NFL. There is a difference.
@4: Splendidly put.
30+ year season ticket holder. chump. sap. doofus. I’ll be back next year. They’re the only Seattle team I let tear out my soul. Fair weather about the other ones. Jeez it’s dark outside….
I agree with #1. If Hasselback weren’t some reactionary Bush-loving ignoramus, he might have bought himself a little more slack around here. Just send the douche bag to some red-state hell-hole and be done with him. Does Oklahoma City have an NFL team?
How can they be the worst team when they don’t have the worst record and they don’t have antwhere near the worst point differential? They’ve got the same point difference and the same record as the fruggin’ Bears. How’s that worse than the 1-13 Rams, who just lost to the completely mediocre Titans 47-7? Plus we’ve beaten them twice.
We’re still better than the Browns, the Chiefs, the Lions, the Bucs, and St. Louis. We’re pretty crummy, but any talk of “worst” anything is hyperbole.
Except one: the Seahawks are beyond a doubt the worst team playing its home games in Qwest Field.
Worst team this year = easiest schedule next year.
Think about it…
Waiting for march 18th to roll around myself.
I feel yall. But my Eagles clinched today!!
Is all good in Philly.
We play in the NFC West. That is not a difficult schedule ever.
Glad I like Soccer and Baseball.
Glad I like Soccer and Baseball.
Well, not sure how I got the double post. Sorry about that.
And there is a reason I should give a shit?
Except, they sure look good, any team when the have that nice ass up in the air – hmmmm, the “line”.
Does the color of the uniform matter? Really now, some of you are stuck in middle school stuff … our team, huh, it is Paul Allen’s camp of gladiators. Amuse yourself Paul, you can afford it.
Yes, I am a poof …. native of Birmingham.
Cheers, win or loose it is called beefcake.
Re: No Football Fan
Go feed your vagina some more fancy cheese.
Did the Lions win a game?
#20 – so manly. Such a manly sport. I play rugby – you are all wimps by comparison. Suck it, kiddie shit.
@22
so true, rugby kicks ass! i’d like to understand it via attendance at a match.
growing up a measly basketball fan. remember a preliminary game of March Madness (simply the NCAA Tournament at the time) being held at Oral Roberts Univ. in the late 70s. I thought gosh, what a weird name, Oral. (do adults giggle?) Anyway, he’s being buried today. If you’ve ever driven by the ORU campus entrance, the welcoming sculpture is a sight to behold. pretty sure if it was done today in Seattle Art Park, it would held as a ironic wonder. appreciate it both ways. i’ll try and post a photo of me and the obnoxious praying hands on my tweets.
screw tweeter – http://www.thom.org/photos/hands.jpg
@22 Being all whiny about different kinds of sports is just as silly as being all whiny about different teams. Its just entertainment and fun.
#25
For sure – you arn’t into real sports as player or fan. Note – milk and whiskey are both liquids, but, one hell of a diff.
Rugby is the sport for men. The rest are pretenders.
Unless you’re surrounded by ‘Raider Nation’ idiots, I don’t want to hear about your football woes.
