Seattle police don’t have much to go on in their investigation of a drive-by shooting in Rainier Beach last night.

Around 9:00 pm last night, police contacted a man on Rainier Avenue South and South Henderson Street, who told police he’d been shot by someone in a vehicle. However, police say the man was uncooperative and was “unable [and] unwilling” to provide officers with information about the shooter or the vehicle.

The man was treated for gunshot wounds to the shoulder and elbowโ€”which police say are not life-threateningโ€”and was transported to the hospital.

  1. Now come on Jonah….

Let’s have some real honest substantive reporting on this story. What was the age and race of those involved? Why are you afraid to report on the honest and complete details of these incidents?

  2. Awesome. Right by the RB Community Center, where little kids take karate lessons, and grandmas take water aerobics. No wonder there’s a cop hanging out in the parking lot so often. ๐Ÿ™

  3. i’m sure the young men who shot you will appreciated your reluctance to snitch. perhaps they will show their appreciation by shooting you again.

    idiot.

  4. “Uh, yeah, officer. I just got shot. By someone. I can’t say why. No, I can’t say who, either, or what they looked like. I uh… I just figured I should tell someone, you know? You have a good evening, now, you hear?”
