that is very cool kinda like a tv stuck in the wall or a window to another dimension very thought provoking
Cool – this is just like being in that section of Post Alley, only instead it’s a photo of it.
B…b..b…but that’s unauthorized! How can I enjoy looking at it if it’s UNAUTHORIZED?!?! Call the police! Call my Mommy! SOMEONE help me, I’m sinking…..!
Nice, I’d love to check this out in person, if I were in town. BUT I gotta say, I’m sick of seeing the ‘art’ by the same dude who put up the blue and red people seen in this photo. Ugly, lame, not even close to profound, just a piece of shit eyesore, all of it. Every time I see this work around I become more depressed about where street art is going.
The Narboo owls are my favorite.
If that’s an example of what you folks keep referring to as “street art,” it makes me really happy I don’t live there, because that’s just fucking vandalism already.
@6: Bingo!
OH NOES!!!! GRAFFITI! SOMEONE ALERT THE SEATTLE TIMES TO THE TRAVESTY TO THE MIDDLE CLASS!
OH THE HUMANITY! OH GOD! I’VE NEVER EVEN SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. NEVER! IT’S SUCH A LOCAL PROBLEM. MAYBE DESERVING OF A FRONT PAGE ARTICLE?
/sarcasm.
It’s not graffiti.
It’s gum.
One of my fave pics is me and three friends in front of the wall. It’s actually a photoshopped dual pic, but we were all there, just didn’t have a fifth to take the pics.
@4 until you realize that he hand carved the wood that was used to block print those on huge stickers……then you realize that you are an idiot.
I’m amazed that Will’s head doesn’t just explode from cognitive dissonance. Didn’t you spend the last 2 graffiti threads hyperventilating about feeding graffiti artists to pit bulls and “shooting taggers?” Are you actually schizophrenic, or just you just play one on the Slog?
OMFG GRAFFITI YOU GUYS! SOMEONE CALL THE COPS!
