How the hell does that happen?
I’m not a bus-fire-scientist, Hernandez, but I bet that big hot exhaust pipe is somehow implicated.
The ave was shut down between 42nd and 43rd. Lots of fire trucks. They were spraying water on the back left part of the bus. Smoke was coming out both the doors. Smelt terrible.

I saw a bus catch flame in the same spot in the bus tunnel a couple weeks ago! Don’t ride in the back of the buses, you could get burned!
