In my fridge, but they can have the leftovers if they want.
I was planning on making Pudgerritos or Pudged Rice, but I suppose I can do the noble thing.
@1 – I like a good Pudgeroast.
But really, “answers to”? Since when has a bird ever answered to anything? Same goes for cats.
That’s too bad. But now, a joke:
Pudge was watching when his human played “The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill” the other night. Now he’s off to San Francisco in search of some fine Cherry Headed Conure tail.
Thank you.
I’ve had a cockatiel. They are the sweetest of pets. That person must be beside themselves with worry. Good luck.
By the way, they are very smart and know their name.
Makes me miss my cockatiel, Pico. He would come over to my shoulder and try to peck pieces of my snacks I would eat. Pudge could probably be lured with a cookie, and yes a cracker.
Cats know their names. Whether they choose to ignore you is something else entirely.
There is no animal on earth I hate more than the cockatiel (I even hate them more than spiders, which is a pretty big feat). I attribute it to my friend/old roommate who had a cockatiel that made the “catcall” noise (like a construction worker whistling at a woman). Continually. For like ten minutes at a time. My mother-in-law also has two of them that are dumb as rocks and start whistling at 6 am.
Loud things that wake me up at 6 am incur my wrath. In unrelated news, I’m thinking maybe I shouldn’t have babies.
hehe, cock.
Julie @8: Good idea.
Julie, babies are just cockatiels covered in viruses and smelling of spoiled milk vomit.
its a life experience that can be skipped, IMO
Just say no to invasive species. Cockatiels shouldn’t be allowed in the US.
@3, a worthwhile documentary. I bought it along with “Shortbus” on one of my all-too-infrequent trips to the big city.
that cockatiel is inside a hawk by now.
I found him – burp!
