I have been longing to try that curry since it opened, but in the half dozen times I’ve stopped by it has never once been open. Sad. Here’s hoping they extend their operating hours come Summer.

I am SO PISSED Thai Curry Simple is only open for lunch M-F… so unless I’m taking a day off or sick, I’ll never get to try their delicious curry 🙁
I buy one of their curry bowls for lunch once a week at their International District location, on 5th Ave. S. just south of Jackson. It’s just great!
And I can also recommend the great curry at Thai Recipe, a little restaurant in Rainier Valley, on S. McClellan St. a few steps north of the Mt. Baker light rail station. Look for Domino’s Pizza, then go to the other end of the little strip mall.
Unpaid: same boat here, but the Thai Simple Curry location in the ID is open 11 – 3:30, or at least that’s what it claims on the website. 406 5th. Avenue S

Tiger truck! It lives in Wallingford on my old street. I used to see it every day, and admire its awesome tackiness. I’ve since moved away, and seeing it posted here, in conjunction with delicious Seattle thai food just made me homesick.
