@1: That was what struck me immediately as well. The photo is kind of dark, but it seems pretty clear those guys aren’t SPD. if anything, those uniforms look a lot like the Fire Department. Oh well, you can only expect so much from Frizelle.
The guys in that photo are small and blurry… But they look far too handsome to be either cops or rent-a-cops… I vote firefighters… Mmmmm… Sweet delicious firefighters…

EMTs are definitely NOT the new cops. EMTs don’t deserve that special ridicule reserved for cops, don’t usually have weird aggro attitudes, and are almost never fat.
