  1. So many ways to mock these hippies… but I’m still in a bit of shock from that video. It reminded me of Jesus Camp, for some reason…

  2. That was hard to watch and makes me uncomfortable, but I think that’s because I’m uncomfortable with these public displays of emotion regardless of the motivation.

  3. @6 – Agreed that it was tough to watch. I’m not uncomfortable with public displays of emotion… but… for some reason, it came across as not genuine to me. Like, “let’s mourn the trees”, so these people needed to conjure up whatever sadness they had inside them to create this display.

  5. I’m sooo grateful for the innoculating virtues of Oly and a good ole fashion case of PNW crumugeonitis that vaccinated me against the great epidemic of this bullshit growing up in the 90’s.
It’s as if all my friends either became karob eating, self dulusionaly sanctamonious, horrible music listenig earthmuffins or tweaked out, skanky, untrustworthy, horrible music listening e-tards.

  6. Bucket – Do we work together?

And yes, we pretty much assume that this is your average DNC, though I’m trying to figure out which one is the guilt-ridden jew and which one is the son of a doctor who’s sitting on a huge trust fund.

I just sent this link to all my conservative constituents. We will laugh at this all night in between bong rips and various forms of alcohol.

  7. Oh, Scary, that’s a Clint Eastwood song from “Paint Your Wagon”, one of the greatest movies ever made. And that scene is a highlight. “The breeze hasn’t time to stop and hear what I say”.
