this looks like a scam
Moustache…of the Internet!
They got the production values/look and feel just right.
this is like if Mr. Show had been on in the 80’s.
I love the way the text-only weather report takes about a minute to load with his hot modem.
jeeezus what a difference a few years makes. i feel old.
Yeah, those old 5400 baud modems were a bitch…
No “5400 baud” — they came in 300, 1200, and 2400 baud, after which, due to a change in the way the encoding was done the word “baud” (which means signal change rate) was no longer appropriate, because each baud provided multiple bits of data, and was replaced by bps, bits per second: 9600, 14,400, 19,2000, and 33,600.
This smells like a Tim and Eric reject. How come nothing on funnyordie is ever actually funny?
That’s a pretty solid parody.
There’s something about that chick — she looks like she’d be amazing in the sack.
The rest is just a cheap ripoff of the Video Professor.
The best part was, “do you want to be left behind when they all go to technology heaven?”. This references, of course, the idiotic Left Behind series http://www.foundthisbook.com/
I love how he says “Buy my tapes, I did”
ha ha haaaaaa
Good one Kelly!
I thought it was real up until “football scores”.
favorite: electronic m’s
That’s my friend Jonah! I know that guy!
@9: Right on. The only thing missing, in fact, is Tim and/or Eric. So do we applaud his sharp satire skills, or boot him in the nuts for ripping them off? Or mention something about imitation and flattery, perhaps.
