The woman in the t-shirt is Valerie D’Orazio, who was sexually harassed at DC comics while editing a comic book about Rape and then started a blog about sexual harassment in the comics industry.

The way it happened is probably that somebody at Wikimedia Commons went to the t-shirt category and scrolled down until they found the first guy in a plain t-shirt. It was done on April 20 by someone from Dhaka, Bangladesh who doesn’t seem to know whose pictures he was using.
Or the first guy in a plain t-shirt who isn’t Ben Affleck, I should say. I wouldn’t have used him either.
