Baby fight! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!

It’s so hard to be a [foreign] baby.

Update: In case you had trouble following the storyline of this video—and to preserve it before it is stricken from the record forever—allow me to direct you to the masterful play-by-play currently on “Dur dur d’être bébé!”‘s Wikipedia page. After the jump.

The clip of the song is considered one of the most ridiculous, stupid and amateurs have done throughout the world, but turned cult by presenting very funny sequences. Jordy singing starts with the trademark of the music itself, “Dur Dur d’être Baby.” Therefore, it appears the woman who represents the mother with an outdated model of phone. The mother is talking on the phone and the father is doing a beard and then she is fighting with him. While his mother is to communicate, his father puts him in a chair and they’re playing. So the father is being forced to defecate in Jordy own chair and in that instant it loose a dribble through the mouth. The father and mother, serving cereal and fruit for a singer and father eat the cereal like a dog. The mother takes the father’s wig and then the father puts the pants, parents play the hat, which falls right on the head of Jordy and they are sleeping and after Jordy continue to sing the refrain, parents are dubs the music. Parents go for a walk with the Jordy baby in the car (Detail: Jordy was already a great way to use this object) and parents walk in the street with a bad model, with his mother wearing a hat and bizarre. See their friends. (Detail: the blond woman is Patricia Clerget, mother of Jordy) with a mulatto girl in canguta. These are walk and twirling the girl until she almost dropped. They are, and while the meeting takes place and screamy exchange of couples, the Jordy and the girl began to exchange caring.

Jordy is smiling more at the moment and that the girl gets it, he laughed and then they flee. He carries the baby girl in the car and vice versa, giving up a kiss. Their parents are worried and they see that they are fleeing. They wave, knocking palm and none of that advance. Babies are for the terrace and it is this time that reaches the climax of the clip: the girl beats Palm, who sing and dance at the same time, while Jordy is only singing and still the girl Parody is the refrain. They go running from the terrace, dance together and embrace. Now, the clip concludes with the couple in a small boat called “VPC 2205” and the parents are relieved to have rediscovered the children, who are riding on the boat, giving more kisses and waving hands with the sound of “Oh lá lá bebé”.

I hope that helped. Babies are for the terrace.

Lindy West was born an unremarkable female baby in Seattle, Washington. The former Stranger writer covered movies, movie stars, exclamation points, lady stuff, large frightening fish, and much, much more....

  1. “Get it? her nose is a penis!”
I should have clarified it’s in German but it’s pretty funny even if you don’t understand the language.

  2. Anyone who took french in the mid-90s knows this song, unfortunately. Jordy is annoying and I don’t like him one bit.

Did you know that he was beat by Whitney Houston?

  3. Jordy’s wiki entry tells us this enlightening bit: “In 1994, the French government banned six-year-old Jordy from television and radio, out of concern that he was being exploited by his parents. Rumors of exploitation were furthered when the Lemoine family opened La Ferme de Jordy (Jordy’s Farm), a children’s tourist attraction which was a financial failure.”

What they don’t mention is that he didn’t….how do I say this…stay cute. Google it.

  4. @10, yeah, one of those sad girly-looking french toughs that gives bjs in the back of peugeots to guys with bad toupees so he can buy some croissant. nothin’ says tough like peugeots and croissant.

  5. omg, i had this song on a cassette tape i got with purchase of acid washed jeans from the Limited Express. it also had one of my favorite mid-nineties french songs, joe le taxi.

  6. Et maman, qu’est-ce qu’il a dit? Also I wish you wouldn’t talk about Jordy when I’m not around.

I think that Jordy is one-half of pop music’s first interracial baby couple. Well done, France.

  7. wow. after reading about this singer (he’s 21 now), I feel sorry for him. He’s turned out into a average cute looking young adult but his parents totally exploited him. Good thing the French government stepped in.

  8. The Wikipedia precis of the video is considered one of the most ridiculous, stupid, and amateurs have done throughout the world.
