A woman was resting on her couch in her West Seattle apartment last Friday evening, according to a Seattle Police report filed by officer Jonathan Cole. All of a sudden, someone started kicking down her door.
The woman started screaming, and heard the suspect flee from the scene. She ran to the door and yelled “I don’t know who the fuck you are,” to which the suspect replied “Can I get my coat?” The report notes that officers weren’t able to find the suspect during a search of the area.
The woman told police she thought that the man attempting to kick down her door had her apartment confused with a neighboring one, where she believes “people associated with meth” reside.
