Why is the image not referencing oral sex between a real person and a real person, but, instead, oral sex between a real person and something that is inflatable?

Because at the moment death returns to the act of kissing, the human, the real must be removed. The inflatable thing that replaces an actual human then becomes consumption without consequences, without danger, without resistance.     You’re right to notice this image. And your conclusion is fucking awesome. But all of the exposition in between is just mind-numbing nonsense. I fear that you will take this the wrong way: as approval.
