That’s because good journalism is good journalism and that story you wrote, Brendan, was goddamned good journalism.
Word.
American Conservative, shockingly, actually has some excellent content (e.g. Larison). It’s not like getting an approving link from NRO or something.
What #1 said, double +.
Completely agree with LJM. Conservative, Liberal, it doesn’t matter when it’s quality.
whoa, meta
I’m with 1. Good stuff.
I concur with #1… hopefully, it will continue to get national coverage.
I think this is an example of where the right and left most definitely have common ground. The erosion of our constitutional rights of free speech, unlawful search and seizure, and, oddly in this case, ownership of firearms has been accelerating for years.
You might hate Sen. Paul for a lot of things, but his attempt to hold back or alter the Patriot act makes him a hero on this issue.
Maybe we’ll finally get some decent trolls to replace John Bailo’s multiples.
What #1 said. It’s a hell of a piece and deserves as wide an audience as possible.
I hate when the first comment on a post sums it all up perfectly. Do I still write to agree?
It was a brilliant article, Brendan, and it deserves links from all over the political spectrum.
