In the time-honored tradition of two great tastes that go great together, The Stranger proudly presents this year’s Genius Juice—a way for you to support our best local artists by drinking some of our best local wine.
Blended by the marvelous Chris Sparkman of award-winning Sparkman Cellars in Woodinville, Genius Juice is produced in a limited quantity to support the Genius Awards, awarding $25,000 in grants to local artists and arts organizations annually. Only 50 precious cases exist of our 2013 blend, featuring 50 percent shiraz and 50 percent malbec grapes from gorgeous Red Mountain, Washington.
Genius Juice is only available for purchase at Night of a Bunch of Geniuses—our (BEACH-THEMED! for real!) Genius Foundation fundraiser next Thursday, June 6 with this year’s new Genius nominees. Buy it at the party, by the case or by the glass: Sparkman Cellars’ wine is certified excellent by Wine & Spirits, Wine Spectator, and Wine Enthusiast, and by drinking it in support of the Genius Awards, you will be certified excellent, too.
