HAHAHAHAHA
Holy christ, I thought that was a Mr. Show sketch or something by the end. Is this what passes for journalism these days?
oh my god, it only gets better too.. the shot of the “bear” “running” through the woods (and climbing the tree) is priceless.
Someone should take the audio and put it on top of a video of not-animal-bears-but-gay-hairy-guy-bears like they did with the audio from that Anderson Cooper 360 clip about the sun bear cubs.
“Oh look, he’s falling asleep!”
The sad thing is, most Fox News watchers now totally think that was a real bear.
oh my god, the bunny head!
Holy crap. This thing is brilliant. What happened to that reporter? Is he still working there? Because that is a man who is having fun with his job.
And the way he says everything completely seriously… this guy needs to be on the Daily Show. There’s no way he’s not in on the joke.
See that “Added June 10, 2009” on the YouTube sidebar? That’s when everyone else saw this.
@8โ ohmygod. I’m so sorry. How embarrassing. I’ll take this post down immediately. I hope I didn’t waste any of the time you were spending doing fucking nothing with your life.
@9: Mrow!
@9 fierce
ROFLCOPTER!
No speakers on this computer so I saw video without audio but this was ADORABLE! News!
@everybody: woo hoo! now that’s news! I want to see Tom Costello reenacting penguins next.
“Book ’em Lou. One count of being a bear. And one count of being an accessory to being a bear.”
“It was an adrenaline rush, and I think maybe you can only take one of those a year.”
What a sad way to live your life.
This is the inevitable outcome of Jon Stewart being named America’s best newsman.
@8: Ouch, son. You need some aloe vera for that SICK BURN!
@7: Funny, I thought this looked exactly how like how a Daily Show parody of a local newscast about a bear sighting would look.
if we are counting down to the time when real news and the Onion become one and the same, we are in the eleventh hour folks.
HOLY SHIT
@7: Agreed. He knows what he’s doing.
@8: Wow. Be more Comic Book Guy.
