Those of you planning to go to Liberty at 9:30 on a school night should still feel free, but let it be known that tonight’s final installment of The Stranger‘s First Annual Local Liquor Taste Tests has been cancelled due to difficulty in procuring sufficient amounts of product. My liver feels relieved, but sorry, and we’ll reschedule!

Can’t you just go buy it at the store? What are there like nineteen forms that have to be sent in triplicate so some commissar for committee approval or something?
The Snoqualmie Tobacco Company and Liquor Store is the only store in the state (I believe) that is special ordering local spirits. Because the store belongs to the Snoqualmie Tribe they own their own products rather than the state stores which have not been carrying any of the local spirits post I-1183. So, try STCLS!
Brilliant! I’m out of town, but really want to come. Sweet circumstance!
I will stay home and get schnockered tonight, but will be looking forward to the actual return of the Tasting Party.
If I may suggest, please wait until after next weekend if you can, as that is the big three-day scotch-tasting party in Eastern Washington.
