Yeah? You did something awesome this weekend? That’s cool. I did, too. I got mentioned in the Wall Street Journal.

You can read it, if you want, here.
(Sorry for bragging, but this sort of thing validates my existence to my parents who at first weren’t very thrilled about the fact that I decided to drop out of college years ago. See? I didn’t even need college to get into the Wall Street Journal!)

sweet work megan!
personally, I perfected a new molasses-oat bread, had some wine time and baked a goody basket for my home girl in the hospital.
I am as proud of you as I could be.
Congrats!
Very proud Megan. And also very hungry.
You just added to Rupert Murdoch’s media empire, How does that make you feel?
j/k, sooo cool!
Grats!
Next up – getting an engraved caricature.
Congrats, Megan!
15 minutes baby.
i send your your cherry pie cupcake post to anyone who says theyz a baker
A college drop-out writing The Stranger! Who’da thunk it?
I was in the Journal once. For the whole SSP getting shut down by the D.O.L. thing. It was crazy to see Ronald McFondle in print in the one of the nations biggest papers.I sent it to my mom too.She wasn’t too happy when I dropped out of high school.
Cool! And trust me, I went to college, and I have learned WAY more reading Slog–cupcake *and* creampie-wise…
Why does the WSJ think you’re a 10 year old? I’m happy for you, Megan, but man, the state of journalism these days….
Oh, I see now it does say 30 year old….bad red circle placement, Megan. Clearly negates being mentioned in the WSJ.
Good job, Megan. Does this mean you’re bringing cupcakes on Thursday? Please? Don’t make me do the puppy dog eyes.
Megan, I have followed your baking lead before (those insane Martha Stewart bars with the caramel and chocolate chopped on top, the Reese’s brownies with peanut butter cream frosting), and I seriously bow before your cast-iron stomach. You deserve all the fame!
So when will there be a Slog cookbook (a slookbook? a cookblook?) And did you see this?
