It was Seattle Steam. I had a good view of it from my office. The picture doesn’t do it justice – a huge thick cloud of white smoke, followed by a huge thick cloud of black smoke, then back to white smoke. It either means their wood burning boiler is having problems or Seattle has a new pope.
