Sorry, I already have a Republican Manifesto.
Isn’t that the same thing?
That book showed up on Antiques Road Show or the Las Vegas Pawn show recently.
I’m slightly surprised to discover that the Nazis weren’t responsible for the creation of comic sans.
Man, the Nazis had some good designers. It’s too bad they were such a bunch of assholes.
I like that they have this front page quote:
They say that they sell WWII items. This much is true. They sell Nazi memorabillia. Only Nazi. No US. No Japan. No UK. Just Nazis. Nazi maps. Nazi manuals. Nazi photos. Nazi documents. Nazi uniforms. Oohh replica Zyklon B canisters! They even have a special little section for Gestapo and SS stuff.
Maybe they’re the sweetest ACLU donors in the world, but I wouldn’t reccomend inviting them over for Passover.
The rat bastards even stole their Hakenkreuz (albiet a reversed version) from Willhelm Deffke, a brilliant German designer with absolutely no Nazi affiliation.
Not only did Deffke never see a dime for it, he’d then be saddled with the task of trying to absolve himself of their crimes, all because one of them apparently got a hold of a self-published sample book he’d printed when he was young. Baseline magazine did a piece on him a few years ago (issue 49 if anyone’s interested.)
#5- maybe they’re hosting Passover dinner. There are quite a few Jews who collect Nazi memorabilia. Like it or not, there’s a market for it, so people will sell it.
@4, I know. I really like the Gestapo dress uniforms…it just that it’s a Nazi uniform that is so fucking disgusting.
someone has actually uploaded the entire book to the web- so you don’t have to pay 700 bucks to see it.
