Seattle City Council candidate Tim Burgess has taken a beating in
these pages for working with Concerned Women for America—an
insane, fundie hate group. While it would appear that Burgess is a man
lacking in scruples, his 12-year term on the city’s Ethics and
Elections Committee showed that he does, indeed, have an ethical bone
in his body. During Burgess’s term, the committee nailed the SPD for
its actions during WTO and busted GOP moneybags Tom Stewart. Burgess
has also managed to raise three foxy daughters and grow a mustache that
doesn’t tickle nearly as much as David Della’s.
