Charles Mudede may hate on Bellevue for daring to receive an award
from the American Institute of Architects, but that doesn’t mean
there’s nothing to like about our rich neighbor to the east. For one
thing, Bellevue Square offers free parking—take that Pacific Place. For another, the Lincoln Square Cinemas, with its large
seats and clifflike seating, is the poshest movie theater in the area.
Plus, the Bellevue High Wolverines went 11–2 this past football
season—only the unbeaten Skyline Spartans had a better
record.
