In a speech today, Hillary Clinton continued her strategy of gathering up Donald Trump’s long trail of terrifying comments and promises on a particular subject (this time, it’s the economy) and showing what a dangerous and incoherent worldview they represent. As The New York Times reports:
Mrs. Clinton described the process of constructing her speech: “I had my researchers and my speech writers send me information” on Mr. Trump “and then I’d say, ‘Really? He really said that?’ And they’d send me all the background and the video clip.”
One of the things Trump the Businessman has said that Clinton took aim at today: that pregnant employees are “an inconvenience.” (There are, of course, many, many more things.)
In response to today’s speech, Trump—shockingly—took to Twitter:
I will be making a big speech tomorrow to discuss the failed policies and bad judgment of Crooked Hillary Clinton.

Plus a lot more, to which Clinton responded with, among other things:
.@realDonaldTrump, only someone who’s never actually faced the consequences of his mistakes would brag, “I play with bankruptcy.”
