Inward & Outward: Mindfulness, Gentle Yoga, and Reflective Writing with Live Ambient Soundscapes
This community gathering will gently guide you into the new year with activities to nourish your mind, body, and soul. The experience will start with a yoga and meditation class followed by a guided writing session to encourage inward reflection. Then, participants will be encouraged to bring their energy outward with spoken word performances and live music from indie folk artist Kerry Courtney. AUDREY VANN
