There are dozens of reasons to leave this house this weekend on the cheap, and we’re sharing them all below, from Windermere Cup Week to the Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Heritage Month Celebration and from the Creative Works Pop-Up Market to Free Comic Book Day. LIVE MUSIC

NonSeq: Imaginary Softwoods + Cameron MacNair
Cleveland-based experimentalist John Elliott spreads his creative gifts across multiple projects, including the ambient synth band Emeralds, avant-garde record label Outer Space, and solo project Imaginary Softwoods. This Friday, he plays the Chapel’s ongoing concert series Nonsequitur alongside audio programmer and composer Cameron MacNair. Even if you don’t consider yourself to be an ambient music buff, I highly recommend dipping your toe into the genre with this casual, sliding-scale-priced concert. AUDREY VANN
