The dumpling emporium specializing in succulent xiao long bao (soup dumplings), q-bao (fat, fluffy-crisp pork buns seared in a pan), and other Chinese dishes opened its newest location on Wednesday at the Lynnwood Crossroads shopping center on Highway 99.
