After sneering her way into the shitty-sister hall of fame in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Jennifer Grey took center stage in 1987’s Dirty Dancing, an old-fashioned dance drama that sent numerous hits up the pop charts, made Patrick Swayze an A-list heartthrob, and revealed Grey as a uniquely charismatic ingenue.
