Irish Reels Film Festival
This is an annual 3-day festival showcasing contemporary Irish films that include features, shorts, and documentaries. Today is that last day of the festival and includes screenings of Song of the Sea, After the Dance, Glassland, and the Irish Reels Short Film Program.

Laggies
Lynn Shelton’s film about a young woman (Keira Knightley) who is an all-around Lost Girl trying to figure it out. The film is set in Seattle and portrays it beautifully. It also stars Chloe Grace Moretz and Sam Rockwell.

Local Sightings Film Festival
Local Sightings is an annual film festival hosted by Northwest Film Forum to showcase new films from the Northwest region, from Alaska to Oregon. Today features Cascadia [or Bad Times Never Happened], Afternoon at the Museum, Indigenous Showcase: Maiden of Deception Pass & Panel Discussion, Where God Likes to Be, and Children.

Stonewall
This film revolves around the 1969 Stonewall Riots that helped launch the LGBT rights movement in New York City.
