  1. SciFi (or was it SyFy by then – tell you what, just shoot me if I mention that nonsense again) did the same thing with BSG a year or two ago to promote their final season.

  2. @2 And the BSG one was better. The composition, the props, the way people were staring at each other were all carefully designed to give clues to how the final season was going to pan out. (Granted it didn’t predict how awful the last hour of the finale would be, but you can’t get everything.) This just looks like another cast picture where they all happen to be sitting at a table. I’d expect more from Lost. Give us something to speculate and argue over!

  3. It’s just a played out meme. There’s another ‘Last Supper’ type pic in your own side bar for some dinner show. It’s not original or interesting.

  4. 1)I love Lost but this is a bad picture…unoriginal and just bad photography.
2)Elizabeth Mitchell is no longer a season regular…for obvious reasons, if you watch the show…
3)Nestor Carbonell (Richard), Jeff Fahey (Lapidus) and Zuleika Robinson (Ilana) have been promoted to series regulars…Emilie de Ravin (Claire) is back as a regular…and Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond) has been demoted; he’s no longer a series regular but will continue to make appearances on the show and according to recent rumor, he gets a “centric” episode this season.

  5. ” Yes, bigger. Sexy, sexy cast…

yes, all so sexy, except for the guy who plays hurley. he’s fat and therefore should be shunned. he is obviously lazy, a drain on our health care system, a strain on any public transportation system that would have to support that weight, probably eats too much junk food and it’s quite upsetting to see that large body in high definition.

  6. thats the dumbest “Last Supper” spin off ever. It tells us nothing about the show. Everyone’s looking forward, or in the second one, at John. What a huge disappointment for what appears to be a very thoughtful writing team.

  7. @ 16: josh: THANK YOU for that Sopranos shot! I’ve been a fan since 2002, and thought I’d seen everything! This must be from season 1 or 2, since Nancy Marchand had passed away by 3, right?

  8. @13 I’m pretty sure this is a promo for the upcoming season and, therefore, reflects who will be the most prominent characters in THIS coming season.

  9. @19, you should read Jeff Jensen’s deconstruction. He mentions liking the BSG one better, but explains a lot about what’s going on here. I’m sure plenty of people won’t get it, but who expects anyone not caught up to the series to get it? http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20313460…

Dan…Carlton Cuse, one of the executive producers and head writers for Lost is Catholic. Damon Lindelof, the other executive producer/head writer is Jewish, so I have to give you that one.
